Meet Our Team
Peter Dennis
Managing Partner
Pete brings over 35 years’ experience in the fit out and construction industry commencing with a four-year trade apprenticeship, training, and qualifying as a quantity surveyor, developing project and programme management attributes, before progressing to Senior Director / Business Leader executive duties and responsibilities.
This experience has been gained across a broad spectrum of public listed and private consultant and contracting organisations, with responsibility for delivering positive financial results through a focus on resilient profitability, people development and a proven ability of delivering and growing customer relationships.
He has a proven ability to manage teams across localised and geographically spread locations, taking ownership of strategic planning and execution for identified business drivers, recognising distinctive cultures and local regulation compliance.
Pete anticipates problems, taking the initiative to determine the resolution and lead by example, embedding a culture of collaboration and business efficiency, together with excellent change
management competencies significantly called upon to drive rationalisation, business growth, acquisition, and merger programmes.
Pete’s passion is “to help people fix their problems”, no matter how big or small. Displaying honesty and integrity with a proven personal and professional ability to lead the implementation of diverse strategic goals and operational outcomes, he has strong interpersonal communication skills underpinned by a leadership style that engenders success in all teams and personnel.
Julie Bio
Managing Partner
Julie too brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business administration and office management. Encompassing private and public organisations, starting out from leaving school and building skills that have journeyed through construction consultancies and contractors, Girlguiding,
property developers and estate practitioners, higher education, and NHS Trusts.
Julie instils confidence in all those around her. No problem is too large or too small, if something needs doing, she will get it done to the highest of standards. Audio typing, report and manuscript copy typing, document control and all aspects of admin and office support / management.
Her passion is meeting people, both in person and more so through her wonderful telephone mannerism. As soon as you call you are made to feel you are the most important person in the world at that time. She has a fun-loving personality that manages to distil the stresses and burdens of the day into a light and meaningful sense of what truly matters.
Julie is the bedrock of the business, keeping everything running smoothly, managing all finances to ensure all our client appointments, governance, and compliance as a small enterprise are always up to date and where they should be.
